Shipping Policy
Orders fulfilled by contributors will be shipped according to the shipping policy of that contributor. That policy is available on each contributor's information page. Orders fulfilled by Calla Lily Networks will be shipped via UPS within two business days of the order.
Returns Policy
Any purchaser may contact Calla Lily Networks to request a return within 30 days of the ship date. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless Calla Lily Networks is found to be at fault. Replacement merchandise will be shipped upon receipt of the original item and verification of any claims.
Any unopened, unused and undamaged items will qualify for a full refund. Please return these items in their original packaging for a refund or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items Procedure
Contact Calla Lily Networks via email at admin@CallaLilyNetworks.com to request a Return Authorization. You may be required to ship the item to Calla Lily Networks or one of our drop-shippers to verify your claim. Calla Lily Networks will investigate your claim with the shipper to determine if the item was damaged in shipping or if it was defective upon shipment. If the item was damaged in shipping Calla Lily Networks will negotiate with the carrier and the claim may be paid by insurance. If the item was defective upon shipment Calla Lily Networks will have a replacement item shipped to you or you may claim a refund.
Incorrect Items Procedure
Contact Calla Lily Networks via email at admin@CallaLilyNetworks.com to request a Return Authorization. You will be required to ship the item to Calla Lily Networks or one of our drop-shippers to verify your claim. If the item is undamaged and different from the item ordered the correct item will be shipped free of charge and you will be reimbursed for return shipping.
Foreign Orders
Anyone who wishes to place an order outside of the United States and Canada is asked to contact admin@CallaLilyNetworks.com. We are unable to support foreign orders at this time due to fraud prevention measures, but if there is sufficient demand from a particular market we may add additional countries to our shipping list.
